This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data (defined below) collected and processed by N1N, Inc. and its affiliates (“Decipad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the course of providing our low-code notebook designed to gather data, build interactive models and share reports, as collected from our websites (the “Sites”) our web and mobile applications (the “Apps”), and our related online service offerings (collectively with the “Sites”and the “Apps”, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data we collect from you, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices.

Personal Data You Provide: We collect Personal Data when you visit the Sites, register to use the Service, in connection with your use of the Service, and in other instances where you may provide it to us. The Personal Data collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us. When you register for an account, it will generally include your name, email address, and mailing address.
If you choose to use our integration with Google Sheets, we will receive an authentication token from Google to access your Google Sheets and provide the Service to you. We will not store or use any other Personal Data from Google.
Personal Data We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Service: When you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Service, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com), and which browsers people use to access the Service (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.), and geographical location information. In particular, the following information may be created and automatically logged in our systems:
Analytics: We may use certain third-party analytics providers, such as Fathom Analytics, to help us analyze how users use the Service and enhance your experience when you use the Service.
Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: We and our third-party service providers may use cookies, pixels or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Service and use that information to send targeted advertisements. Our Service currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do respond to DNT signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe how we do so.

We keep Personal Data for as long as you use the Service or as reasonably necessary or advisable to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide the Service, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, protect against fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 18. Decipad does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us through the Service please contact us at privacy@decipad.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
The Service may contain links to other websites or applications, or other functionality not operated or controlled by Decipad (“Third-Party Services”). You will generally have discretion and control over the Third-Party Services with whom you elect to interact and share your Personal Data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. These Third-Party Services may include certain payment processors or other API finance solutions, as well as certain customer support functionality. You use the Service at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure.
